What we collect
When you request a quote or use the route check, we collect what you type: your name, email, phone if you share it, ZIP codes, home details, and your message. The cost estimator, readiness checklist, and setup guide run entirely in your browser and send us nothing. Like most websites, our hosting provider also processes standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to operate the site, and we may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful.
How we use it
To answer you. Quote requests and route checks are emailed to our service inbox so a person can reply with an honest coverage answer and, with your go-ahead, connect you with a vetted transport or setup professional; that is the only situation in which your details are shared, and only with the specific professional handling your request. We do not sell or rent your information to lead brokers or call centers, we do not run third-party ad trackers on this site, and we do not add you to a marketing list for filling out a form. If we ever offer an email newsletter, it will be a separate, explicit opt-in.
Who processes it for us
We use a small set of service providers to run this site: our hosting platform (Vercel) and our transactional email provider (Resend), which delivers your quote request to us. Each processes your data only to provide its service.
Retention and deletion
Quote emails live in our service inbox for as long as they are useful for serving you. Want your details deleted? Email support@mobilehomehaul.com from the address you used and we will delete the correspondence.
Cookies
This site works without login cookies. Analytics, when enabled, may set a first-party cookie or local storage entry to distinguish visits; nothing here is used to follow you around the internet.
Children
This site is for adults arranging services for their home and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
